Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment when they are returned to us within 10 days of the original purchase date. All shipping orders can be refunded to your original form of payment if returned within 10 days of the date you RECEIVED your items. If your return is sent via mail, the items must be delivered within the 10 day window. All orders placed for in store pickup must be returned within 10 days of the PURCHASE date in order to receive a full refund.
If the items are returned to us within 30 days of the purchase/delivery date, a store credit will be issued. If your return is sent via mail, the items must be delivered within the 30 day window.
After 30 days, no returns will be permitted. No exceptions!
Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damage to an item must be reported at checkout or within 3 days of delivery/pick up. Returns will not be permitted for damaged items at a later date.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN RULES FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS?
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items purchased at a discount of less than 30% will be eligible for store credit only.
Items purchased during any BOGO sale will be eligible for store credit only.
Items purchased with a 10% promo code (welcome email codes, text codes, birthday codes, etc.) will be eligible for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit.
These rules also apply to all site wide discounts and promotions.
All store credit can be used online or in store. However, store credit cannot be retrieved by an employee at a later date. All customers are responsible for keeping up with any gift cards or store credit.
HOW SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO YOU?
Before beginning the return process, please refer to the section(s) above to make sure that your items meet all date and/or discount requirements.
All returns must also meet the criteria listed below:
- Original receipt and return form must be included.
- Item(s) must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags attached.
- Items must be received within the return window requirements.
- Item(s) must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains or odors of any kind.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an ADDITIONAL protective shipping box or bag. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return. Please keep this in mind when packaging your return.
- Beauty products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- All swimwear is final sale.
- Jewelry is only eligible for store credit or exchange.
If any returns do not meet the requirements above or have been damaged during transit, your return will be refused. If your return was shipped, you will be contacted and the item(s) will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any of the reasons above.
Where Am I Sending My Return?
For items being returned via mail, we suggest using a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx)and obtaining a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. All orders, online or in store, may be returned in person to any Maren + Main location.

HOW/WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All in store returns will be approved or denied immediately. Shipping returns will be approved or denied within 1-3 business days of delivery. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
All cash, Venmo, PayPal, or gift card returns will be processed immediately. All credit card purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days after the return has been accepted. Please contact customerservice@marenandmain.com in the case you do not receive your refund within this window.
